- 2 1/2 Cups Timeless Pardina Lentils
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Tomato sauce
- 1/2 Cup Green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Red pepper, chopped
- 1 Cup Carrots, chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 8 Cups Vegetable broth (or water)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme, dried
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, flakes
- 1/2 Bay Leaf

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a crock pot, stir briefly to mix thoroughly.
- Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
