- Simmer for 20 minutes, then add:
- 1 Cup Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Dry red wine
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cloves, ground
- Salt and pepper, to taste
